Welcome to the Amsterdam Arena, also known as the Johan Cruijff Arena. Seating capacity during soccer games: over 56.000 seats.
When in use as a concert arena: about 71.000 people can enjoy the show.
Building cost: € 140.000.000,- (140 million Euro's)

Fun fact: At an angle of 37°, the stands of the ArenA are the fourth steepest in Europe!

In 1996 I was working as a busdriver on the Schiphol Airport apron doing passenger (and sometimes crew) transfers and I saw Michael Jackson arrive at the freight area.
A bit later I went to the concert where the military tank(!) entered the stage. (See the YouTube clip below!)
