Все почалося з того, що в невеличкому кафе нашого міста я вперше скуштувала справжні хінкалі. Тонке тісто, соковита начинка — це було закоханість з першого погляду. Вдома я загорілась ідеєю, що обов'язково навчуся робити їх удома.
Спочатку все йшло не дуже гладко. Тісто не тримало форму, хінкалі були негарними, а головний секрет — геть губився. Я передивлялася безліч відео, але не вистачало дрібниці. Тоді я згадала про поради професіоналів і знайшла чудовий ресурс https://panmaister.khmelnytskyi.ua/, де побачила майстер-клас щодо замісу тіста та ліплення.
Натхненна новими ідеями, я знову пішла на кухню експериментувати. Тісто було ідеальним, м'ясо — ідеально приправленим, а замість звичайного защіпування я вперше зробила правильний "хвостик" з багатьма складочками. І ось воно, радість! Перша ж хінкалі, яку я спробувала, була саме такою, як треба — з тією самою рідиною, що так смакує. З того часу мої домашні нагадують приготувати хінкалі, ніж інші страви, і я з задоволенням тішу їх цією неймовірною стравою.

* Probeeer zoveel mogelijk de forum breed gehanteerde standaard aan te houden bij het onderwerp, bijvoorbeeld: "Eiffeltoren - Parijs (F)" or "Rijksdaggebouw - Berlijn (D)".
* Upload ook altijd een (Google Earth) plaats-markering bestand .kmz / .kml bij elk onderwerp, of op z'n minst een StreetView kaart, om als on-topic te tellen.
