Welcome to EarthView(.nl) V2.0. As a former moderator at the original EarthView, I have been missing the forum for years and I didn't stand alone, as I've come to understand.
This board is now dual language, being based in the Netherlands Dutch is accepted as well as English!

Welkom bij EarthView(.nl) V2.0. Als eerder moderator-lid bij het originele EarthView, miste ik het forum en gezelligheid al geruime tijd. Daarin stond ik niet alleen, zo bleek.
Deze nieuwe lancering biedt ook Engelstalige posts, zodat het bereik en gezelligheid nu internationaal vergroot kunnen worden.

Forum rules
Rules of this board are simple:
* In all subboards (except for the off-topic "Gezellig") only on-topic posts are allowed: Places on the Google Earth / Google Maps globe, and/or Google StreetView images. Additionally you can use the scripting system to add pictures and links within the text of your post.
* Please always try to us the 'board-wide standard' when naming your post, for example: "Eiffel tower - Paris (F)" or "Reichstag (building) - Berlin (D)".
* Please add (upload) the location with a .kmz / .kml file of the location the post is featuring or at least a StreetView image to count as on-topic.
* ⚠️ Only upload image/text(documents) that is yours, otherwise link to the image/article/document.
* Be nice to each other, only comment on-topic (corrections, additions, etc.), stay away from being impolite of hatefull!
* If anything is unclear about rules or you need help to create / edit / name your post, feel free to contact.

The original EarthView(.nl) board featured an off-topic chat / sales part, if that get a lots of support, it might be added in the future, but until then: stay on topic, for the love of .......

De regels van dit forum zijn simpel:
* In alle subbooards (behalve het off-topic "Gezellig") zijn allen on-topic berichten (posts) toegestaan: Plaatsen op de Google Earth / Google Maps globus, en/oof StreetView-beelden. Aanvullend kan men het script systeem gebruiken om plaatjes en/of links in de tekst op te nemen.
* Probeeer zoveel mogelijk de forum breed gehanteerde standaard aan te houden bij het onderwerp, bijvoorbeeld: "Eiffeltoren - Parijs (F)" or "Rijksdaggebouw - Berlijn (D)".
* Upload ook altijd een (Google Earth) plaats-markering bestand .kmz / .kml bij elk onderwerp, of op z'n minst een StreetView kaart, om als on-topic te tellen.
*. ⚠️ Upload alleen uw eigen content (plaatjes, tekst(documenten), ...). Link anders naar online bestanden.
* #doeslief geldt ook hier, alleen on-topc commentaren (verbeteringen, toevoegingen, enz.), onthoud u van onbeleefde of hatelijke taal!
* Als iets onduidelijk quq regels of indien u vragen heeft over het maken / editten / benoemen van uw onderwerp, schroom niet contact op te nemen.

Het originele EarthView(.nl) forum had ook een tijd een chat-module en vraag & aanbod subboard. Als daar veel vraag naar is, kan dit nog toegevoegd worden, maar tot dfie tijd: blijf on-topic, aaaaaaaalsjeblieft!

Hallo beste Urban Explorers,

Zoals bij het originele EarthView is er een 'verborgen' platform voor jullie (hobby). Je kunt je aanmelden via een bericht aan de admin, waarbij je een link naar je werk of een aantal eigen foto's kunt tonen ter bevestiging dat je een echte Urban Explorer (en graag met de juiste moraal) bent.

Mogelijk zal (in de toekomst) je aanmelding beoordeeld worden door de reeds aanwezige leden, eventueel via stemming.

Indien alle 'seinen op groen' staan, zul je een speiale 'rank' en account-status bereiken, waarmee je toegang hebt tot de Urban Exploring wereld bij EarthView V2.0.

Hello dear Urban Explorers,

Like with the original EarthView forum, a hidden division exists dedicated to you(r hobby). You can apply by messaging the admin, accompanied by proof of work (or link to it) and some photos by your hand to verify that you're a real Urban Explorer (with hopefully the right morals).

It's likely that (in the near future) applications will be evaluated by the registered community, or even by voting.

If the decision is positive in your favor, you'll receive a special rank and account status that grants you access to the Urban Exploring world here on EarthView V2.0.
