Коли я купив мультиварку, то спочатку намагався готувати в ній будь-що. Складалося враження, що цей прилад справді універсальний. Але з часом почав помічати дивні речі: деякі страви мали зовсім інший смак, як на плиті.
Найбільше розчарувала риба. Я спробував зробити філе в режимі "Тушкування", а через годину вийняв із чаші суху й несмачну гуму. Виявилося, що будь-яка риба в мультиварці втрачає форму швидше, ніж встигаєш зреагувати. Її м'яка текстура не витримує тривалого томління.
Тому я вирішив глибше вивчити питання і на сайті https://receptidlyamulivarok.space/ знайшов корисну статтю про те, чому не всі страви варто довіряти мультиварці. Там автор детально пояснював, які продукти псуються в цьому приладі. Насправді, риба — лише верхівка айсберга. Окремі продукти в умовах повільного нагрівання стають не просто несмачними, а навіть небезпечними. Тому тепер я користуюся мультиваркою з розумом, і це дозволило уникнути зіпсованих страв.
